EPIKA COMUNICACIÓN, SLU (hereinafter, EPIKA), with address at c / Alcalá, 167, 2º Izquierda, 28009 Madrid, Spain, email: hola@epikacomunicacion.com and with CIF: B- 67963710, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid to Volume 43098, Folio 180, Sheet M-761600, is the owner of this landing page.

2. OBJECT

EPIKA is the owner of the landing page to which you are accessing and these conditions include the terms and conditions applicable to those who access it. Therefore, if the terms detailed in these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter, GCU) are not acceptable to you, please do not use the EPIKA’s landing page, since mere browsing is subject to them. The purpose of EPIKA is to promote the activities it carries out and the services it provides, so the information provided, unless otherwise stated, is only for said promotional purposes and, specifically, to facilitate your participation in the «Madrid Investor Networking Day” (MIND).

3. EVENT

The objective of this landing page is to organize the “Madrid Investor Networking Day (MIND)” event. Acceptance of attendance at the event is voluntary and will be subject to the conditions listed below. The EPIKA event is aimed at adults. With the acceptance of the GCU, the User confirms to be over 18 years of age.

4. REGISTRATION IN THE EVENT

Each User who wishes to attend the event organized by EPIKA must complete a form with his / her data, accepting both the present GCU, the Privacy and the Cookies Policy.

I expressly authorize EPIKA COMUNICACIÓN, SLU (“EPIKA”) to record and use my image as a result of my participation in the MIND event (“MIND Event”), in order to produce, edit and disseminate a video and/or audiovisual or photographic materials thereof, and for its reproduction, in whole or in part, by EPIKA, on its website and any public or private means of disseminating, transmitting or retransmitting information. The transfer of my image to EPIKA is done free of charge, without any temporary or territorial limitation, with the capacity of assignment by EPIKA to third parties of the exploitation rights of my images derived from my participation in the video and/or audiovisual or photographic materials of the MIND Event. Likewise, I consent and expressly authorize EPIKA to treat my image in a file under its responsibility, subject to the Privacy Policy of the MIND Event set forth at https://eventomind.com.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

The User undertakes to use the EPIKA landing page in accordance with the GCU and the mere use of the same will imply the acceptance of what is established in them. It also undertakes to comply with the rules regarding attendance at the event. The User undertakes to use this landing page diligently, correctly and respectfully. The User undertakes to provide correct and truthful data to EPIKA, forcing himself / herself to notify any change or modification that occurs in them. The User will refrain from acting against his image, good name and reputation or that of any of the Users of the landing page. The User will legally respond to EPIKA for any breach of the aforementioned obligations. In any case, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts the use of the landing page, as well as attendance at the event exclusively under his responsibility and with knowledge of the existing risks.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Incorrect use: The correct use of the landing page as well as the means made available by EPIKA for attendance at the event are the responsibility of the person who performs these actions, and EPIKA is not responsible for any incorrect, illegal or negligent use that may be made of it. the user. Use of the contents and realization of the event: EPIKA provides all the contents in good faith and will make its best efforts so that they are permanently updated and current; however, EPIKA is not responsible for the updating, errors or validity of the contents or in the realization of the event. Likewise, EPIKA cannot assume any responsibility regarding the use or access made by Users outside the scope to which EPIKA is directed, nor for the consequences that the practical application of the opinions that can be accessed through EPIKA could entail, whose final responsibility will always fall on the User. Likewise, EPIKA cannot control the contents that have been produced by third parties and, therefore, will not be liable in any case for the damages that could be caused by said third- party contents. Incidents: EPIKA cannot guarantee that a failure or error may not occur on the landing page or in the execution of the event. Therefore, EPIKA is not responsible for said failures or errors, but will use all the means at its disposal to correct or rectify said failures and/or errors once it detects them or they are notified by third parties. Technological failures: EPIKA has concluded all the necessary contracts for the continuity of the broadcast during the event and will make its best efforts so that it does not suffer interruptions, but it cannot guarantee the absence of technological failures, nor its permanent availability and, consequently, does not assume any responsibility for damages that may be generated by lack of availability and by failures in access caused by disconnections, breakdowns, overloads or network outages not attributable to EPIKA. 3 Modification/deletion of the event: The User may not claim against EPIKA for the elimination or modification of the event when, due to internal reasons or due to issues of third parties involved in the execution of the event, EPIKA decides to modify or not continue with its realization or broadcast. Security: EPIKA undertakes to apply all necessary measures to try to avoid the absence of viruses, worms, Trojan horses and similar elements. However, these measures are not infallible and therefore EPIKA cannot fully guarantee the absence of these harmful elements. Consequently, EPIKA will not be responsible for the damages that they could cause to the User. EPIKA is equipped with security measures for its peaceful use, however, these measures are not impregnable, so EPIKA is not responsible for any damages that the User may suffer derived from his / her connection to the landing page or the event. Landing page maintenance: EPIKA reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of the service without prior notice to the User, as long as it is necessary to carry out maintenance, update or improvement of the service. Event modifications: EPIKA reserves the right to change both the content, location, date and time of the event, provided there is a justified cause for it. Said modification will not generate any right of compensation to the User, even if this means that the User cannot participate in the event. In-person participation : Those attending the event agree to abide by all the rules of access to the premises, especially the sanitary ones that are determined. EPIKA reserves the right not to allow access to the premises to people who do not comply with the specified indications, especially those of a sanitary nature.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

EPIKA declares and guarantees that it holds all the necessary rights for the organization, dissemination and organization of the event and that may be capable of being protected under the applicable legislation on Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks. Likewise, it declares that the products or services shown in the event do not infringe any right of other natural or legal persons, nor is it illegal or offensive and conforms to the general or specific regulatory legislation of application, with the license or authorization, in its case, required by current legislation on the matter.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law for any matter related to the GCU or the event will be Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise in relation to these conditions and the execution of the event, the User and EPIKA agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Users domicile, provided that it is located in Spain; otherwise, EPIKA and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
