“DRAW FOR A STAY AT A LUXURY HOTEL IN LANZAROTE”

1.- PROMOTION ORGANISER

Epika Comunicación, S.L.U. (hereinafter, EPIKA or THE ORGANISER), with Tax ID number B67963710 and registered office at Calle Serrano, 42-4ºA, 28001 Madrid (Spain), as the organiser of the MIND 2025 event and owner of the website https://eventomind.com/, will hold the “RAFFLE FOR A STAY AT A LUXURY HOTEL IN LANZAROTE” (hereinafter ‘the Draw’), which is national in scope and exclusively for legal entities or individuals of legal age who are registered and enrolled in the MIND 2025 event in the official application for the event and participants in the MIND 2025 event on 12 November 2025 at the Casa de Campo in Madrid (hereinafter, MIND 2025) in accordance with the provisions of these Legal Terms and Conditions, published at https://eventomind.com/bases-legales-sorteo/

2.- PURPOSE OF THE RAFFLE

The purpose of the promotion is to respond to a survey on professionals’ perceptions of the situation of the sector in the current environment.

3.- TIME FRAME

The period during which it will be possible to participate in the draw (hereinafter, the ‘Validity Period’) will begin at the time of the launch of the survey on the MIND 2025 app and will automatically end on 12 November 2025 at 6:30 p.m. No entries will be accepted after the closing time stated above.

4.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE

This draw will be valid for adults or legal entities from both Spain and foreign countries who are registered and participating in the MIND 2025 event in Madrid.

5.- PRIZES

Among those who have installed the official MIND 2025 app, are registered and enrolled, and participate in the event on that day, one winner will be selected at random who, upon verification of the requirements set out in section nine of these Terms and Conditions within the specified period, will receive as a prize a two-night stay in a luxury hotel in Lanzarote for two people, courtesy of the Annua Signature Hotels chain (hereinafter, Annua). The specific conditions of the stay and the booking will be coordinated directly with the winner and the Annua hotel chain, which is responsible for the prize to be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.- LEGITIMACY AND REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAW

The draw is open to any natural person over the age of 18 or legal entity who is registered and participating in the MIND 2025 event described above, downloads the official MIND 2025 event app to their phone or electronic device, and completes the survey on professionals’ perceptions of the situation in the sector. All of this information can be found on the event website https://eventomind.com/.

By completing the above steps, the participating individual or entity will be registered using the mobile phone number provided when registering for the event. Only one entry per individual or legal entity is permitted.

The following individuals and legal entities are not eligible to participate in the draw:

Employees of EPIKA and its subsidiaries, or their spouses or first-degree relatives.
Employees and second-degree relatives of any company involved in the promotion.
Public administrations or bodies.

7.- CONDITIONS FOR THE DRAW

The draw will take place on 12 November at 7 p.m. at the aforementioned event venue, at the MIND Afterwork, CFA Open Space stage. The winner of the draw will be announced publicly at this venue and, if they are not present, they will be notified by email or telephone call. The draw will be carried out using a digital random draw tool selected by the organisation for this purpose, which will be recorded and certified by the organiser.

One person or entity will be chosen as the winner and three people will be chosen as alternates in case the winner declines the prize.

8.- NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

The result of the draw will be made public at the venue on the day of the event mentioned above. The winner will also be notified personally by telephone or email.

9.- VERIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE

The requirements set out by the event organisers will be verified to ensure that everything is in order and that you are eligible to receive the specified prize, i.e. that you are registered, enrolled and participating in the event on that day, that you have downloaded the official event app to your phone or electronic device, and that you have completed the survey on professionals’ perceptions of the situation in the sector in its entirety.

Acceptance of the prize will be recorded on a form to be completed directly with the Annua hotel chain, which is responsible for the prize.

Consent to disclose your identity and image in the publication of the results and award ceremony is included in the privacy policy of the EPIKA website for the MIND 2025 event at the time of registration and enrolment.

10.- AWARD CEREMONY AND PUBLICITY

Once compliance with the requirements has been verified and the award accepted, the hotel stay will be managed directly by the Annua hotel chain, subject to availability and dates agreed with the winner.

11.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALISATIONS

If it is found that the participant does not meet the requirements set out in the Legal Terms and Conditions or that the information provided to participate is not accurate, said participation will be considered null and void and, as a result, will be excluded from the Draw, with the loss of rights to the prize in this promotional campaign.

EPIKA reserves the right to exclude from the Draw, and consequently from the awarding of the prize, any participant who acts in an incorrect or irregular manner or whose actions involve fraud, alteration or affect the normal course and proper functioning of the promotion.

12.- CHANGES AND DISCLAIMER

The Organiser is not responsible for any possible failures or anomalies in the service or connectivity caused by the website and/or technological applications that may affect the functioning of the draw. Any abusive or fraudulent use of the website and/or technological applications by users will result in the participant’s disqualification from the Promotion. If such misuse of the application (with or without intent to defraud) causes it to malfunction, the Organiser shall be exempt from all liability and may cancel the draw. These participants will also be disqualified from the draw.

The Organiser informs participants that, given the characteristics of the Internet, such as the free collection of distributed information and the difficulty or even impossibility of controlling the use that third parties may make of such information, it shall not be liable for the misuse of such information by third parties outside the Organiser.

Participants assume all responsibility arising from their registration and participation in this competition, being solely responsible for any direct or indirect effect arising therefrom, as well as for any disappointment of expectations generated by the competition, and undertake to hold the Organiser harmless.

The Organiser assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages that may be suffered by participating in the draw. Furthermore, the Organiser assumes no responsibility for any additional aspect of the draw.

By participating in the draw and accepting a prize, the winner hereby consents to the reasonable use by the Organiser of the winner’s photograph, voice, image and/or likeness, the content of the entry form and the winner’s name and age without any further compensation for any future promotional activities.

EPIKA reserves the right to modify or extend these Terms and Conditions, as well as to suspend or extend the draw, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the draw.

Likewise, and provided there is a justified cause, it may cancel this draw before the end date. Any changes will be communicated sufficiently in advance at https://eventomind.com/.

By way of example and without limitation, EPIKA is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay or any other circumstance beyond its control that may affect the normal course of this draw, nor is it responsible for the use made by the participant of the prize obtained in this draw, nor does it assume any responsibility for unforeseen events or accidents that may occur to the winner as a result of the use of the prize.

EPIKA also assumes no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

13.- TAXATION

The prize in this Draw shall be subject to Law 35/2006, of 28 November, approving the Personal Income Tax, or, where applicable, Royal Legislative Decree 5/2004, of 5 March, approving the revised text of the Non-Resident Income Tax Law, as well as the corresponding Regulations and other implementing regulations; or, failing that, the tax regulations in force applicable to residents and non-residents for tax purposes in Spain.

Failure by the winning Participant to enjoy the Prize shall not exempt them from calculating its value as capital gains not generated by the transfer of assets for the purposes of their personal income tax return. The Organiser shall in no case be liable for any incorrect tax return that the winner of the Prize may make for this purpose.

14.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The interpretation and compliance with the Legal Terms and Conditions shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. The Organiser reserves the right to take action against anyone who establishes systems of speculation or business in relation to this draw, in which case it may take any legal action it deems appropriate.

The Organiser and the Participants, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid for the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation to the Terms and Conditions or the Promotion.

15.- PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Given that, in order to participate in the draw, interested parties must be registered and enrolled in the event, download the official application to their device and complete the survey, the processing of participants’ personal data will be carried out in accordance with the privacy policy published at https://eventomind.com/privacidad/ and in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The Organising Entity reserves the right to exclude from the draw any participants who provide false information.

16.- DEPOSIT AND ACCESSIBILITY

The Legal Terms and Conditions of this Promotional Campaign will be published at the following address: https://eventomind.com/bases-legales-sorteo/, where they will be available for public consultation and general access.

17.- ACCEPTANCE OF LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in this promotional campaign implies acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions in their entirety and the data protection policy. Any statement to the contrary will result in the participant’s exclusion and, consequently, the Organising Entity will be released from fulfilling the obligations arising from the Draw with respect to said person(s).

The Organising Entity reserves the right to postpone, extend, suspend, modify or cancel the draw if necessary, which shall not entail any liability for the Organising Entity, which shall communicate this as soon as possible on the website: https:// https://eventomind.com/sorteo/.

The Organiser may resolve any issues not covered in these Legal Terms and Conditions, or to facilitate their better interpretation.
